Terms and Conditions

The customer will ensure there is a suitable, level hard surface available for the placement of the weigh bridge.
Weighed In Ltd personnel will use equipment on the horse including an internal rectal thermometer. Weighing, Heart rate measurement and height measurement are all external applications.
The devices used will be sanitised using bacterial wipes and a hibiscrub (or similar) solution before and after each use.
The customer agrees to hold/handle the horse whilst readings are taken by Weighed In Ltd personnel and take full responsibility for any injury that may occur to people and/or horse(s) during this time.
Measurements are taken by personnel who are not veterinary qualified.
Readings are taken on the assumption that the horse is healthy at the time.
Readings are provided without any advice on the horse’s health. It is the client/owners choice on how to use this information.
Any apparent correlation between type of reading e.g. weight against heart rate, does not represent causation.
The data collected from readings may be useful for research purposes. All data will be anonymised with no personal details identified.
There may be occasions for reasons unexplainable that readings may not accurately be recorded, or represented.
Weighed In ltd trading as WeighedIn.Live will not be held liable for any loss whatsoever in relation to any actions, or nonactions, based on data provided.
If a horse will not stand on the weigh bridge or stand safely to have heart rate, temperature and/or height readings within a reasonable time the full fee will still be payable.
Cancellation - appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before session will still be liable to pay full fee.
Covid-19 protocols: Weighed In Ltd personnel will operate in line with any current government guidelines. If you have a specific request for covid protolcols please discuss with Weighed In prior to any visit.
